2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via Reijaards.com between the customer and Guitarworks Delft.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in advance using one of the available payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of order is binding.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to ship standard orders within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
- For custom-made products, different delivery times apply, which are communicated per product.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to cancel and return standard products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
6. Exception – Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 10 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Returns for custom-made items are only accepted in the event of demonstrable structural or production-related defects.
These must be reported within 7 days of receipt by email to info@reijaards.com, including clear photographic evidence or other proof.
7. Warranty and Complaints
- All products come with the statutory warranty.

- We aim to respond within 3 business days.
8. Liability
Guitarworks Delft is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or data loss, unless due to intent or gross negligence.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Guitarworks Delft is based.
